KLIC is a mixed signal integrated circuit design shop in Beaverton, Oregon. KLIC provides a full spectrum of design services from specification through production. KLIC specializes in highly manufacturable, testable IC design, and designs involving physical measurement or unique functions.
Recent analog designs involved deep submicron CMOS (down to 130 nanometer), and polysilicon on glass. These processes are sensitive to the statistical mismatch of transistors, and KLIC has developed techniques to produce robust analog designs under these difficult conditions.
